thumping sound while stopped

thumping sound while stopped
I have noticed this thumping sound from the rear end of our E350 while stopped, it happens maybe every 10 seconds. Has anyone else heard this?I figured it was something to do with SBC, like maybe some kind of pump at the rear thanks for any info

Do you have Airmatic? The Airmatic makes this sound, and it is considered normal.
