I've had excellent service with MB of Hoffman Estates, a dealership related to Motorwerks of Barrington. All of the SA's know me by name, but that is a different story....

Jason Ehret is the service manager (224 653-2072). Highly recommended.

I have had excellent service from Orland Park MB. Just dropped off my E500 this morning. Warranty repairs handled without issue. Loaner cars are always new and ready when I arrive. highly recommended.
