From: 2000 ft over the FL coast in a B-17

Seat backs
Does anyone know how to safely remove the seat backs for the front seats as I know there are airbags in there.

To remove the front seat back cover..raise the front seat all they way UP and forward...you will see Two Torx screws at the lower edge of the seat back
Remove them and slide the cover off...


The Front seat side airbags are secured to the seat frames via rivets

Thanks . I need to pull some sagging leather tight around the side bolster...any danger of setting off the side airbag?
