E350 steering shake

E350 steering shake
When I'm braking in our E350, I've noticed that the steering wheel shakes/shimmies back and forth while doing so,and it seems like it does it most with a light press on the brake pedal. What is this due to? We only have 6000 miles on it, the brake rotors should be warped yet if that's the problem
