I noticed on my owners manual and looking at the speedo itself ther is a bar graph right under the needle for the speed, but mine is not illuminated. Can someone tell how to turn the thing on, it looks cool and can't find anything about it in the manual ( just a picture).

Engage your cruise control. That is when it comes on.

Are you talking about the indicator for the cruise control? It only illuminates when the cruise speed is set.

Found it, Thanks anyways. It was the distronic indicator. Thanks guys for the fast help.

here's one for you... When I first got the car I saw the bar when I engaged cruise control.. since I had battery replaced, I no longer see the bar when I engage cruise control... presumably something reset????

thought it was cool when I did have it
