From the MBUSA site, I noticed you can get leather seating inserts.

Could someone tell me what is the other material? False Leather (Pleather), Cloth?

I now in BMW 3 series they have fake leather which feels the same? I wonder if the E class is the same? Can't see cloth being a good alternative.
