E320 Wagon, 2002 or 2003?
E320 Wagon, 2002 or 2003?
After did some research on the used car price, I found that there is a big price gap between 2002 and 2003 of E-320 wagon. With same annual mileage (not total mileage), Edmunds appraises 2002 model at $18000 and 2003 one at about $27000. That is 8-9 grand difference. Huge!!! While 2003 and 2004 have no much difference. 2004 is about $30000 on edmunds, only 2-3 grand more than 2003. Is there any special design change made on 2003 model making it so much more expensive than 2002 one? Given same annual mileage and 8-9 grand difference on price, which model (2002 or 2003) would be the best choice?
I am a newbie here so please bear with me if this question has been answered somewhere.

Actually most of the 2003 wagons are really W210Ts. The S211 was not introduced at the same time as the W211. There were early 2003 W210Ts and somewhere in the summer of 2003 the S211s came in. The Edmonds price would be dependent on which model it is.
