Rattling Sound Under Car
Has anyone here experienced the rattling sound under the car? It sounds like the exhaust pipe is slightly touching the exhaust heat shield or something. I only hear it when the engine is cold and in first gear.

What it sounds like is probably exactly what it is (I listen to Car Talk too). I haven't heard the sound, but you need to get the car up on a lift to check for a point of contact like you described.
