Tele Aid's "answer the phone call" time is really horrible when compared to OnStar. If they were really interested in providing a great product, they'd farm out the response end of Tele Aid to Onstar. Acura uses the service now that GM has spun it off as a separate "company" & makes it available to other Manufacturers.
