Tire pressure monitor?
I had read that the 2007 E would have a tire pressure monitoring system, but that may be another option that was not headed for the states, Like the intelligent lighting system and the flashing brake lights. I have the brochure for the 2007 e class and I have not noticed anything in regards to the tire pressure monitoring system.
Thanks

konigstiger, I have the 2007 E-Class brochure and I am sorry to report that there is no reference to LPW under Instrumentation, Multifunction display. Perhaps it will be included, and isn't mentioned in the brochure. I had LPW on my Chrysler Crossfire (mfg. by you-know-who) and it alerted me to a puncture in a rear tire before it went completely flat.

Perhaps someone who has had hands-on experience could check.

Take it for what its worth.
Appearently the loss warning no longer is acceptable to DOT. It appears that RDK, only one I found in the German price list, is the one accepted by Uncle Sam. Although, the loss warning may still be available and activated if the SCN coding requirement doesn't interfere with it. IC and EIS seem to require this and might prevent activation of non-standard features now.
