Who is the Boss?
Hello, I need name, position and email or contact iformation (Tel, etc...) on the persons that run Mercedes. I mean Germany and the US.
Basically I want to send them a letter concerning the E-Class and a problem I had with a recent order.
Not customer service please, I almost went postal with that department.
Any of you have this?
