Is there any way to silence that f****** beep besides wearing the seat belt.

It is driving me crazy!

you can buy a buckle at the dealership and just plug it in...or you can wait it out a minute or so and it will stop

Mine never stops beeping and it gets louder the faster you go

Is the beep US spec?
I don't believe we have it on Euro spec W211 (mine doesn't for sure).

strange, mine beeps faster then stops...i wonder if speed has anything to do with it...i've only tried mine while lapping our community 10-15mph...

it stops after a while but the cycle starts when you stop and pull off again.
should be an easy way to switch it off....
please let us not start a why are you not always wearing your seatbelt debate
