wheel size and lowering
I just put on a set of 18s on my E500. The wheel size is 18x8.5 inch 18x9.5 inch, 5x112mm 35mm. Tires are 245/40-18 & 275/35-18. Im planning on lowering the car about an inch but have some doubts about how low it can go. Since the wheels are pretty wide, will the wheel wells go over the tires or are my wheels jutting out too much?

I've got 19X8.5 and 19X9.5 35 offset with 245/35-19 and 275/30-19. My car is pretty damn low and I have zero rubbing....zero.

This is really odd. It looks like my tires are sticking out farther than the inside of the top of the wheel well. I'm afraid to lower it since it feels like the fender is going to hit the top of the tire if the car bounces. Is it possible they wheels were installed incorrectly?
