2007 E280CDI SPORT is good.....
Guys, sorry to tell you this but the new 2007 (facelift) model is REALLY good. A huge improvement over my 2004 model - tighter feel, smoother, faster, quieter & just much better. Almost like a BMW 5 series made by Merc with much better build quality than I have seen of late. This is my 5th Merc and the '04, 270CDI was a disapointment. Only having had the '07 for a few hours it is early days, but so far, VERY impressed......

It's a pity that MBUSA decided that the Sport version of the diesel would be unavailable in the States.
