upper idler pulley

upper idler pulley
i am still having a new whine with accelarating. i opened the hood and localized it to the pully system - specifically the upper one - did a search on site and others have mentioned replacing this and reinstalling the belt - what do you guys think????

took it in they changed pulley in 30 minutes
engine purrs perfectly
