Estate sale-06 E350S4

I have the opportunity to purchase an 06 Everest Green E350 4-Matic wagon which listed at $71,000 MSRP when purchased in December 05. It now has between 2,000 and 3,000 miles on it. Executor hasn't given me price, but indicates a steal to get rid of it. What would you guys expect to pay?

Also, I expect that the executor could get the extended warranty since technically the owner is still w/in the first year of ownership (meaning lower pricing).

Well, when i priced it out on the Edmunds site (only place i could still get my hands on some 06 pricing)...for $71,000 it has every available option but is not designo nor sport/appearance (whichever they called it last year).

But it has everything else...phone/voice control/keyless go/xenons/etc...EVERYTHING.

A brand new 2007 E350 4-Matic with Metallic paint, full leather, and Premium 2 package is only $63,005.
Private party Edmunds value for the '06 (if it has EVERY option) is around $48k.

A steal would be getting it for $40k.

2006 E350
My 2006 E350 brand new with minimal options (see sig.) was under $49,000 out the door, but stickered for $56,000 brand new. I don't know if I got a good price since this is my first luxury car and first car purchase, but I'm happy with it. The wagon isn't much more than the sedan even with all the options it shouldn't cost too much over $60k. Again, I'm no expert but from all the brand new prices I've seen in the dealership, I say mid $40k and below would be a decent price for a slightly used E350
