2006 Mercedes E350 Sport
Will these rims work???
20" X 8.5" and 20" X 9.5" with a 5 X 120 bolt pattern. The offset is 35mm front and 40mm rear.

yes they will fit your w211, but if the offset are 25 fronts and 32 rears they will look perfect

W211 uses 5 x 112 bolt pattern
The W211 uses a 5 x 112 bolt pattern. So 5 x 120 won't fit.

I haven't seen adaptors for bolt patterns but check out how to measure the pattern yourself.
