Taking my wife to the delership today to check out a 04 E500 4Matic. Car has 24,500 miles on it and has a whole lot of options, Navi, Dual contour seats, power sunscreen and etc... Dealer is asking 36K for the car. I know it is a pretty good deal, but is there anything I should look out for or look at on the car before I sit and negotiate the price. Car seems too cheap for a dealer to sell. So I am a little skepticle.

Not sure if I agree with your assessment of the car being too cheap for a dealer. That price is about normal. If anything I think you should be able to get that vehicle for around $35K. It's basically a 3 year old car. For around $40K with some negotiation, you can get a 05 E500 in the DC area. I would offer $35K for this vehicle.
