Does anybody know a way to turn off the speed limiter using the SDS? I had a customer telling me that his car "cuts out" at 135 MPH. The ME kills the fuel pump at this speed. I need to know how to version code the ME without a Mercerdes Benz password. I don't think it's more complicated than version coding, but I could be wrong.

Any suggestions?

The only way I know to get a coding string is through Mercedes Benz SCN coding on the internet. I don't know that SCN coding would change the speed limiter though. I'm thinking it could be done by version coding, but that requires a password, which would have to come from Mercedes Benz. Anybody have any ideas?

20+ to list......
Why not get the ECU reflashed? It's easier that way. Or is it only avaliable on certain models?

Aftermarket tuners can do it as part of remapping or in lue of it. I do not know of a way to do it through STAR.
