Can Someone help me get this carfax report. Its very important. I think someone is trying to scam me. Will this report tell me if the odometer has been rolled back? The odometer on the car says 14,000 for the 2005. But the title says that the odometer may be incorrect.

Always believe the Title! If there was any way for the owner to straighten out a claimed inaccuracy on the title he would have. No one would want an incorrect title to stay that way.
Always assume the milage on the title is correct if there is difference between the car & the Title, and you will eliminate any possibility of a ripoff.
If you buy the car it may be a good one, but when you sell it you will be stuck with a blemished title, so your buyer then may run.
