Black sure makes for one of the best looking cars around. Add the new e to the equation and you've really got something. Wish I had the time to keep a black car looking good but I don't so I went with pewter.

I think some people are going to need some kleenex to clean up after they see this picture.

Very cool indeed. Cleaning may be the only downside.

I just noticed something. This car has got the sports package and a NY license plate. Yet it has got the split-5-spoke wheels. How is this possible in the US version or is it just a computer generated image from one of the galleries?

What are those wheels? Are they the new double spoke AMG wheels that are pictured on the 2003 E55?

No. Those wheels are from the standard package, while the body kit is sports package.

I also noticed the 5 slit grille... I always thought that all the new E's that came to US only had 4, or is that an option with sport package?

I belive that was a special configuration car for the Men In Black Movie.

I thought of the same thing.

Anyway, thanks for the clarification about the grille, because I was not too sure about it from the beginning due to the fact that our E500 was non-sport:

I don't think it was for the MIB movie. I was looking at the Big brochure and it seems to me that the grill on the E320 has one less row or open space than the E500 grill.

The big brochure clearly shows that but I think the 5 rib grill is part of the sport package, as indicated in the options section of the brochure. The pictures of the delivered 320s and 500s on this forum seem to bear that out.

Well I thought that too but in the middle of the brochure (don't remember the page) there is a non-sport 500. Although the grill is in the fold, you can still clearly see that it has the same grill as the sport 500 and is one row bigger than the 320.
