Where did you pick up the rood spoiler (with no antenna cutout) and the trunk spoiler? I would appreciate it.

i ended up having to get the one with the cutout... i had the body shop that painted it fill the cutout for me.. i got them on ebay they come together for $125 abs plastic

The W211 makes me happy because it shows how timeless the E-Class bloodline is. This car will look just like it did when it was new for a very long time. I loved my W211, and love my W212, and although the W212 is a much more imposing and fashionable approach than the W211 ever was intended to be (which usually results in more initial pop and popularity but less timeless value), I can only hope that it will age within the same ballpark.

Did some work on my 2007 E550 Sport this week. Just got the RENNTech V3 DLM going (modest RENNTech setting: -25mm front, -21mm rear), and Bridgestone Potenza RE-11s on AMG knockoffs, 19x9.5 rear, 19x8.5 front. I might go a little lower once I'm sure these rears don't rub.

I NEED those wheels! Wow those look amazing, I have an E550 too and my next upgrade will probably be the wheels - those aren't stock ///AMGs are they? If you don't mind me asking, where did you get them and about how much do they go for? MESMERIZING car sir.

Thanks! It took a while, and a lot of Photoshopping to figure out what would give me an aggressive, sporty AMG look without looking like another E63 clone. They are replicas, not real AMG. The main downside of the replicas is the weight. They are 29 & 32 pounds a piece (front and rear), compared to real AMGs which are probably 4-5 pounds lighter, maybe more for this particular style. But the upside is the price. I only paid $739 shipped for the set, so I don't have to sweat the potholes that destroyed my factory 10 spokes that would have cost me $600 just to straighten.

And the lugs are from EZAccessory.com. 14x1.5 ball seat. If you get these, don't use the stock lugs you will destroy the rims. I got 23mm length which are a little on the short side, and I'm only getting about 5-6 threads into the hub which is on the low side. I just ordered 28mm which I think will be a better length.

I can imagine! I actually saw those on eBay when I was looking for new wheels but wasn't sure if they were any good or not, but I figured for the price they definitely aren't some unskilled to-good-to-be-true-price Chinese knock-off. That's really a nice look, I might just have to copy that idea in the next year haha.

By the way, an AMG brake kit would really fill out those wheels well since they show even more than the standard AMG wheel which I like. Let me know if you ever do something like that - I'd sure want to see the results.

Absolutely!! That's definitely the next thing I'm doing. I'm just trying to figure out the biggest caliper and rotor I can get in there now that I have the wheels mounted.

I have AMG reps from another eBay vendor.. I had a tire shop change my wheels over, they said nothing about the lugs, but now you have me thinking. I will say I haven't had any issues with mine and have had them for several months now. I do have different wheels but reps.
