I am guessing but the steering wheel ANSWER CALL button would be the logical choice.

It is my understanding that call-waiting won't work with the Bluetooth system, which is the main reason that I am sticking with my v710 and the MHI cradle.

This is taken right out of the MB Bluetooth owner's manual fine print:

"3-way-calling and call waiting are not supported from the Mercedes‑Benz Cradle adapter with Bluetooth®. An audible peep will notify a waiting call."

jschade, which button do you press to answer call waiting? The owners manual doesn't cover this.

Correct. I couldn't get it working on mine. I ended up pushing the button directly on the phone to switch over.

I can confirm that. When I hear the call waiting beep, I dig out the phone and use it's button. But usually, I just ignore it and call back when I finish my call.

With the MHI cradle system, the beep comes through the sound system, the new incoming call displays on the COMAND, and I press the answer button on the steering wheel to answer, then press the same button to return to my original call. I think the send button on the COMAND can also be pressed, but I just use the steering wheel button for convenience.

SMS (text messaging) works perfectly. I get an envelope icon in the status bar, and then press the SMS soft key and read the message on my COMAND screen. I understand SMS does not work with bluetooth, however.
