Visit often, learn from many of the well versed MB worlder's and have fun. This site has specifically helped me more than my own service advisor solving from the mundane to tough problems w/ my W211 CDI.

This is the only place you need to be for all your MB information needs. A great place with nice people.

Little more about show than go here than at Benzworld, but not a complete waste of time.

Thumbs up

Nice to see some familiar names from the other forum. I was always happy to answer tech questions there, will do the same here.
Background is MB engine/drivetrain mechanicals.

Don't mention the "L" car you have. Unless you want to get eaten alive.

And this comes from a guy that wanted to know if he could replace his hood ornament with a set of Longhorns and has a air horn mounted on the right fender (chrome). I hope you never mounted that 20 ton wench on the front bumper!

Hey Lear,

You forgot to mention if SushDawg's air horn plays a song(and if it does, what song).

BTW, ol' Sushy posted his 7Kmi used oil analysis at the other place and DBW jumped all over his case. Of course, I used my typical diplomacy on this issue and replied with support for both their opinions!!

Regards,
paul...

Lear - Actually was waiting for you to come by in your new E63 with some mud tires and see what German engineering can do on the feilds of TX.

BTW Paul - it plays - She'll Be Comming Round the Mountains .......

Saw your message - was not going to get into a debate about 7K vs 14K oil changes .....
