Tire pressure question
Do you go by the door numbers or the ones on the tire? I would think the tire max pressure is the one, but ours are set at the door pressure.

Go with the door sticker. The tires can be mounted on any car & many pressures could apply, but the tire manufacturer simply states the maximum pressure allowed for the tire, not the tire pressure as it has been mounted on your car.
The car manufacturer has designed the suspension based on a certain set of "givens". One of them is the type of tire & what pressure it would be inflated to.
A couple of pounds either way for your personal tastes isn't forbidden.
