E320 Mods?

Hi, i'm new here cuz im trying to help my gf mod her E320
she has a 2005 e320 and i'm searching for these mods:

clear corners
CL sports grill? (the one with the huge mercedes logo on it)
dual exhaust (not sure if you need a different rear bumper for the exhaust cut outs)

what other mods are popular? thanks for the input/help.

The most popular appearance mods, in addition to the ones you mentioned, seem to be tinting, lowering, rims/tires and spoilers and other body parts. The usual stuff - no big surprises there. People don't seem to go in for performance mods on E320s because, by the time you spend enough to make a noticeable difference, you're probably near the cost of an E500 of the same year.

Sorry supastar - DWP is right. Don't waste your girls $$$ on trying to make an E320 fast.

Just not worth it.

if this car is an 05 I believe its an E350 no?

supastar... stay away from the CL style grill... go with a sport one with chrome/gloss black slats to it. Clear corners are available on ebay. Also I would do a trunk lip spoiler also available via ebay/formymercedes.com/performanceproducts.com

Im also doing a roof spoiler... some people like them, some dont...

And wheels.. would be the normal mods to do

hey guys,
thanks for the responses..

Her car is actually an E320 because she bought it july 2004, and got the 2005W211. She has the appearance package (black wood trim) and also the 17" rims. so, shes not looking for any performance mods, just basic exterior mods.

i dont have a pic of her car on my comp, but when i do i'll post it up. its white with black interior.

I already got her car tinted for her, so next up is probably the clear corners on ebay. are there any differences in the clear corners? some are cheaper/not as good?

55fanatic: the chrome/black grille you mentioned, does it have the mercedes emblem on it? thats what my gf wants... and yes i want her to get roof and trunk spoiler, i like that look a lot.

well for a trunk or roof spoiler, you can use the adhesive used for installing windshields onto cars. that pretty much leaves it on there forever!

Clear Corners...

IF you get the clear corners...make sure you get the silver/mirror coated bulbs...as the amber bulbs look nasty in the nice clear lights...Try to get the set without any bulbs or one with the mirror bulbs included...they show up on ebay all the time.

Nope. He's talking about the amber bulb showing thru the clear lenses on the bumpers. He's suggesting a type of bulb that has a mirror coating on it so that you don't see the amber bulb as much.
