way too high. i am selling my 2006 e350 with 5000 miles for $43500.
NO COMPARISON...warranty etc...

 

FWIW - I bought an '04 wagon with 48K miles, 100K warranty til 2010 (need to watch the time on the warranty...You may never reach the miles if you run out of time...) with the same basic equipment, but have Keyless go and the phone...Paid under $30K

 

You can do much better than this, shop around.
