I've bought three cars from them and had no problems with their service at any time. In fact, before an earlier E-320 I owned went out of warranty, they corrected many things at no cost they expected "might go bad" in the future. I know the GM there and have told him my main reason for buying from them is their excellent service. I usually use Greg Repko as my SA.
My only complaint is not with their service, but the long waits you now have to get one of their free car washes. I usually wash it myself as it's quicker and better to do that. When they were smaller you didnt' have to wait as long for the free wash.
I've had bad earlier experiences with Fletcher Jones but not with MBLN. I much prefer the MBLN sales and service personnel.
