I changed my front pads and rotors on my 2004 e 320 wagon and after a week of driving the brake wear malfunction light comes on? what is going on? I did put on new sensors, but I did not bleed the brakes. Is that bad? I just pushed the brake piston back in. Thanks for the help guys.
Brake wear light is on because a sensor is worn through or touching metal...It works on a Ground..If its touching metal..The Light WILL be on..recheck your work on the sensors...they may have NOT been installed corectly into the brake pad

one of two things. the sensors you replaced may be rubbing on your rim exposing bear wire causing a ground and setting of the light. or...your rear brake pads are worn and needs replacement.

You should have started a new thread with this since it has nothing to do with what the original poster was working on...
Maybe you issue is related to the LED lights you installed that didn't come on your car originally?? maybe? try connecting the old lamps if it is possible and see if your problem goes away.

Thanks Bro, Actually you are right, A bit offtopic but anyways i thought it's also about Brake light and it's also abt the Brake Malfunction, so i decided to put on my problem here, but nyways thanks for the advise, i'll try to do so and see if the same problem exists,
