Not too bad if you are handy.
You will need a T15 Torx wrench and trim push rivet removal tool. You will also need a 12 or 13 mm box wrench or socket. I would also suggest some blue painter's tape as it will keep you from scratching fender upon removal and installation.
You start with the inner fender well. You will need to remove two push rivets near the outside wheel well lip and one underneath. After you do this you will see a bracket the runs horizonatlly where the bumper cover meets the fender on the side by the marker light location. On the bottom rear of this bracket wedge is a torx screw that opens toward the bottom. Remove this screw.
Next, grab a large flat head screwdriver or flat chisel and lightly tap the bracket towrd the front of the car. After several taps the bracket should move forward and or fall.
Next remove the trim screw between the headlights with the hood open.
Reach under the bumper brace from the middle of the car by the condenser toward the sides of the car and feel for the 12 or 13mm bolt head. Remove this bolt.
Repeat for the other side.
I highly suggest you tape the edges of the fender and especially around the sides of the headlights of you are going to remove the headlight assembly. Upon re-assembly you will certainally brush against the fender and you do want to have chipped paint.
I hope this helps..
