My 03 e320 has the following option codes listed but no explanation:

What do these codes mean?
These are listed as the option added to the car.

The service department can generate this report for you. My '04 had a blue card in the glove box that listed all of this and included the tire mfg/specs too. Probably a remnant from the assembly line, since it also had some German words too.
