Question 2003-connecting nav to MOST loop

I am installing nav in my '03 E320 with the help of a few threads. This is what I have done so far. I can provide pictures, if needed, of my install to check where I have gone wrong:

Connected GPS Splitter (cut my hand prying it off)
Installed brackets (I guess this was the easiest part)
Rewired (or attempted to rather) MOST loop in B pillar, this is what I need help on...

Per the threads for the installing '03's/'04's: https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...gation+install

I found the 2 open wires that, I'm assuming, are the wires connected to the nav console. One has an open connector and the other is an open wire with a white tip. While installing, I don't know if any of you had this, the connectors in the B pillar had white dots as markers on the housing; one with 1 white dot and 2 with two white dots. The connector with 2 white dots was the open wire (I'll call it connector 'A') and a wire that is already connected (connector 'B'). I removed one of the wires from connector B and connected the open white tip wire to B. I connected the open wire that I removed from B and connected it to the open connector A (I hope this isn't confusing).

When I turned on my car to check if I had installed it right and it still says Navigation Unavailable.

Any help would be appreciated!

I got married at The University of MD at Memorial Chapel. For those who don't know what chapel I'm talking about, it's the one shown in the scene from St. Elmo's Fire where everyone is playing football out front of it.

Just a little morsel to chew on

If you're talking about the PM that said you'll try my instructions out at night...yes.
If you sent me one after that, I did not receive it.
