CDI - Water in fuel lines?

CDI - Water in fuel lines?
I took my car in today for service, and when I arrived at the stealership service center (after filling up right before), a notice that said something like "water in fuel system" appeared on the display, and apparently the fuel filter needs to be replaced. Have any other CDI owners experienced this before?
How much have CDI owners paid for fuel filters to be replaced, if you happen to know? Curious how the SF dealer compares with others out there.

Looks like the part itself is around 12 bucks. That's about 180 in labor they want then apparently. 
Also, I found a cool place where you can see diagrams of most every mercedes made, along with part numbers:

It's partly in russian, but pretty easy to figure out.

The filter is designed to protect you and your engine by trapping water before it moves on in the system.
You may want to consider another fuel source and should strive to keep your tank full rather than going long periods with it mostly empty.
