end up being not like that at all. It is not a photo of the real thing. (Its obvious that the tops of the inner lights are our existing oval lights, as the black space surrounding the light disappears 1/2 way down.), so don't make a judgement yet.

This statement was made in varying words repeatedly across a number of W212 articles and is worth mentioning – “After considerable quality problems with the current E-Class, the car maker is now striving hard to increase the quality standard of the new model to its highest possible level.”
looking very nice. And they All show the “nose star” is remaining
which is a MUST for me. A MB just does have the MB identifiable
“look of class“ without it. (No grill star for me.)
But another must for me is the latest electronics. Oh yes, I know
that anyone reading my other postings is tired of my saying that.
But, it’s time for MB to catch up! No more excuses!
I know that as the final 2010 evolves it will please me in exterior
appearance. BUT .. I can’t keep supressing it .. and just call me a
crazy Redneck! But - I want the latest electronic dazzeling stuff in
my car! I LOVE IT! (Of course, I have no idea how any of it works.
I can’t even figure out the light bulb.)
FWIW my two year lease is up just when the 2010s are introduced.
So, while we keep seeing various spy reports - and the rest of you
keep debating the outside, I'll be wondering what’s on the “inside!”

Obviously haven't seen the car yet, but if it is close to some of these photos, it may be the most attractive of the three, and I like the E's size better than the other two, anyway.
