Windshield washer reservoir leaking...

Whenever I fill up my windshield wiper fluid (no headlight option) it starts to leak from the bottom of my car near the passenger side...

... it seems that there is a bunch of fluid accumulating over the rockshields underneath the car and it is finding its way out through all the small holes...

Is this something I can check for myself? I already took it to the dealer once and they kept it for 4 days and said they replaced the reservoir but the problem persists...

gah this is really frustrating... please help

thanks

I have a similar problem.
After adding the washer fluid to the top, the level drops significantly overnight w/o any dripping on the garage floor. I'm loosing about a 1/2 a pint overnight and than the level doesn't drop anymore. Did not talk to dealer yet.

The fluid leaks out from where the filler neck is inserted into the actual resevoir. It's just a simple rubber grommet and the fluid leaks out slowly. When you are filling it, once it starts to bubble back out the top, the resevoir is full.
