Alignment question: adjusting rear toe?

Just about to do a major mod, installing PSS9 coilovers. So I took measurements prior to compare afterwards. Well I was quite surprised by how far off the toe-in was, both front and rear. Obviously, the front can be adjusted by the tierods. But what about the rear? Can the toe-in be adjusted?

After I lowered my car the guys at the alignment shop (Grand Prix) told me the rear toe was "fine". I doubt this to be the case as my rear tires have worn out in about 7000 miles. I'm pretty sure its adjustable - what were the stock specs?

Sorry I cant offer much help.. but keep us posted on what you find..

Yes, the rear toe is adjustable. The stock spec is +10 degrees.
