Mercedes would never debut a new engine in the same model year?
For those who thought that Mercedes would never drop in a new engine in the same model year; think again. It’s pretty much official that the ML350 will debut in the 2003 model year. Check out Kelly Blue Book’s web site (kbb.com ). They have the ML320 listed as not being available after 12-02

What I mean is that there will be 2003 models of both an ML320, and an ML350. I'm not much of an ML fan, but to the best of my knowledge; the ML430 had its last year in the 2001 model year --and the ML500 was introduced in 2002.

oo, that is wierd, two v6's......damn....mb is making cheap money.....think of it like a ml320, ml350, then a ml500.....first of all.....i think all prices will go up like any car, but then they need to seperate prices, so the ml350 will prob start around 38 i would say, which would push the 500 price up too....but i dont think they will have 2 v6's, but you never know

Actually, when the ML350 comes out, the ML320 won't be made anymore. However, they will still both be 2003 model years. Also, according to an MB internal memo the price for the ML350 will not be increased vs. the 2003 price of the ML320.
