211 Fitment question
Does anyone have experience with the SL65 AMG wheels on the 211? I have been told the wheels will not clear the rear calipers..here are the dimensions-
FRONT WHEEL: 20 X 8.5". PART #221 401 2502. OFFSET 43MM W/ 255/35/R20.
REAR WHEEL: 20 X 9.5". PART #221 401 2402. OFFSET 43MM W/ 275/35/R20

Typically E-class wheels have 33 or 37 offset. So those wheel you stated are abit deeper at 43 ET, thus the wheel/tire will be offset further in, ie. towards the center of the car. As for clearing the calipers, the 20" diameter would but don't know about the spokes/hub. You'll have to try it out.
