photoshop experts - anyone ??
I am sure there are some photoshop gurus here - I need HELP !!
I plan on removing the star emblem from the hood and also changing the grille...
Came across 4 grille options that I kinda like... Can anyone PLEASE chop these 4 grills on the first picture.....
I kinda like grille #2 - but lets see how it turns out after the chop..
Appreciate your help !!

since we used to be neighbors (Pentagon City), I think I should speak up though..
CL style grill will not look good on W211 unless you can back it up w/ a nice set of 19+ wheels. (or even lower the suspension) Notice stock 16" just not very...hmm...... sporty.

My 2 cents: in the LA area, a lot of people are changing their grills to look like the CLS grill, which doesnt look cool because the w211 grill is so much bigger, so the MB logo just looks gigantic. But i do like sentralfyr's grill because the logo is still a normal size. None of the 4 that you poseted though. just my opinion

I have a Big star grill forsale 100.00 and Do you have e55/amg badging on your e320?
I dont want to sound like a "Hater" but your E is basically stock and you honestly badged it AMG even with the V8K emblems too? Fyi they are to high. and your Chrylser is Busted and disgusted, you really have yellow piping in the engine bay and chrome fender liners 
I think you just have a bad case of misbadgeinitis please stop the abuse to these vehicles.
Some advice: remove all badging on your E, Lower It, DONT put chrome trimmings on or around the headlights,taillights,fenders, ac guages or door handles. sell those rims and Buy benz-o-rama's 19" MRR and then be happy..

someone correct me of im wrong but I dont think those wheels will even fit a 55... the calipers and rotors are too big

look man... you seem kinda young from your pics, so maybe your just ignorant like all young kids... take it from someone who is a little bit older... dont try and be something your not... you dont have a 55, and you dont drive and SRT... you have some "interesting" mods in the 300M, I wont poke fun too much because I did some dumb stuff in my toyota supra when I had it... but the E class is a nice car, a lot of people know you are faking a 55, more then you realize and they are making fun of you most likely for it. take it from us... debadge it(entirely) if you want the exhuast tips on there go for it, but they are those cheap *** ebay add on tips that you screw on to your exhuast... those heaps rust pretty quickly and or fall off. Dont waste your money on the cheesy dress up stuff. Get yourself a nice descent set of wheels, lower it... and tint it, get a roof spoiler and when youre ready, get yourself a descent exhuast... even a custom exhuast is better then those stupid add on tips...
