I am about to go to France from UK. Does any one know how to switch Xenon lights to dip right instead of left?

The change you describe will likely require the change out of the entire light unit, I believe the reflectors, and the lenses both contribute to the pattern.

The instructions should be in your Owner's Manual. In the Operation/Driving Abroad section of the online manual at

they show how to do it, but if you have xenon headlamps they recommend against doing it yourself.
