Is residual negotiable at dealer?

When structuring a lease, can you negotiate the residual with the dealer, or is that fixed in stone by MB Financial?

No, that is fixed. So is the money factor when talking excellent credit.

One CAN Negotiate The Residual After the lease has ended...I Have done it Several Times..as They do Not want the car back to run it through the auction and sell it at a loss...It Depends on where the car is priced at the end of the term...If the Value is Over the residual (RARE) then they will not adjust the numbers...If Under then you can adjust it...

You are speaking about the buyout price, which after all is a function of the residual. If you do not intend on buying out the vehicle then there is nothing that can be negotiated. The residual determines how much depreciation you are going to have to pay.
