What noise are you referring to - the ticking sound? That's already been diagnosed with a service bulletin, so that should be an easy remedy. Come on, you're saying the E500 stinks just because of this???

sure, ill take some pics, one thing i hate about the car is that when you drive, we put our left foot on the left side, there is a place to put it, but it is the stone carpet color, and it is very very dirty, any suggestions, also, it stands for my old middle school

You are totally right, I have never understand why in the bloody hell MB doesn't put footrest on their cars, wheter is a plastic of metal one but at least something. I got so mad when I bought my first mb a W210 and it had the light grey carpet and it always end getting dirty.

crazy, i just remembered, the clear floor mats say "mercedes benz on escondido" maybe your dealer might have some, they only had them for the front, but they cut some out to fit the rear, when it was dark last night, i loved the look of all the lights, all also take pics of all the doors open, it seems like there is 25 lights inside, also, i like the lights under the rear view mirror that turn on when you enter or exit
