Not bad. If you in that range and you like the E's I would go for a E500. I got my E500 with 27,000 miles for about 27k. Added a full warrenty for 4 years to 75,000 miles took me to just under 30k.

2003. Got it from luxurymotors.com. I think they got good prices and do a lot of out of state business. Their warranty allows any ASE shop but they have one on site in Vegas. Only promoting them because I have been happy with the service. If you can go 04 and up as they went to 7 speed transmission. I am still happy with mine. Nice power. Good luck.
