Are 07 Bi Xenon Lights
A direct plug/play fit with a 2003 W211 equipped with Bi-Xenons?

From what I've heard there are different electrical hookups between the old and new headlamps on the W211. Someone posted a question about how to upgrade to the new headlamps and mentioned the connections are different.
