W211 E-class bumper sag

Has anyone else noticed that a disproportionate number of W211's have a large gap between the taillights and the rear bumper? I suspect there must be some weak tab or clip or something that breaks easily when you back into something or bump the bumper... My mom's car has a humongous gap on the left, for instance. Does anyone know if there's a TSB or dealer advisory alert or some other freebie fix for this issue? I'd really like to get it fixed...

Okay, seriously? No one else has noticed a large gap on some W211's? Well, look for it. I usually see at least one a week, if not more.

If your looking for a fix... try adjusting or removing the bumper and re-setting it (with a tighter fit to your liking)..
