Please Help Me, 2003 E240

2003 Model E240 Elegence
Please Help Me, 2003 E240
I have a E240, 2003 production...I had bought it from Singapore. Its a RHD with just the regular (With LCD) audio system...I have two questions...First, can I replace the current audio system with the TV/NAVI system (PIC ATTACHED)...Secondly, I need to reverse my odometer. It is showing 84000 KM. I need to reverse it to half. Can somebody help me out in this?? I am totally confused as I'm receiving different opinions. I will be highly thankfull. Isn't rolling back an odometer illegal in your country too like it is here?

Well, rolling back the odo isnt really illegal here, coz it is purely your own decision. Its just that I cant see high mileage on my car...
