How to post pics?

When you post a message, locate a small button Browse... in the bottom of a new message page. You should see text Attach file: from left. Press this button and select an image file from your hard drive. Do not forget to look in file size restriction stated as 204800 bytes. If you have a bigger image, just squize it using any painting program.

Problem is I can't find where to post my message. I have a problem with a pole sticking out of the left hand corner of front bumper when I turn the ignition to acc. It helps to judge the distance but now its not working. My car is right hand drive. Anyone please advise whats wrong and how to fix it. Thanks
