euro command not working

13 E350 , 12 BMW 328i

euro command not working

i was listening music from my ipod, parked car, armed car. went in store, came back out, all but 5 minutes, start car , and there was no sound and or no screen. press the power button and the mercedes logo comes on, but that's it.
any info on a fix?

uh.. or you could try pulling FUSE #6, let the car rest for a minute or so, then put the fuse back in.

thanks for all your reply's and help. i tried all, except take the whole car apart, i did the fuse thing, as well as install my old command , with the same result. i will take it to the dealer and see what they can find. i also noticed that the cd changer wont open as well.

thanks for the input, as i removed the euro command to reinstall my old usa command, i did take note of the three connectors just behind the ashtray, i also double checked to make sure all connections are tight prior to reinstalling back the euro command . pull the fuses again , hoping , and it still dosn't work. ohh well, i guess i'm in the hands of the dealer.

had every intention to drive home once again musicless, and to my suprise, everything work. the euro command play'd my ipod, dvd works, cd changer works fine. ... what the hell is going on?

all i did was turn on the key like usual and bam everything works. it didn't however played the music where it left off on the ipod , but it dosn't matter since it now works???.
