D2B wiring upgrade to MOST

Hi all,

I'd really appreciate your help on this one:

My car has the standard D2B wiring and I was wondering whether it would be possible to upgrade it to MOST wiring.

If so, how much effort/money would it take (i.e. would it be worth my while?)

if you have a w211 then it has MOST already.

Thanks Sunil for your quick answer.

I actually bought a Euro COMAND but once the technician removed my standard Audio 20 and exposed the wiring behind it, he told me that it is not compatible with my new Euro COMAND and that it would not be worth my while to try and change the car's wiring (too expensive).

I assumed he was talking about D2B and MOST.

Is there any reason why a Euro COMAND can not be swapped in with the Audio 20 in a 2003 W211?
