yes, they are aftermarket, I added them shortly after I bought the car. They are made by McCullough. Excellent quality.
Installed them, had the dealer activate the xenons present code, and has worked perfectly since then.

Beautiful car! Good luck with the sale.
It could be a little deceiving by telling people that the Euro Comand was a $2K+ upgrade when in reality you only spent $900 on a Euro comand you bought off Ebay + another $200 for the stealer to install, but then you sold the US Comand for $500.
Total cost to you: $900+$200-$500=$600 invested.
I just thought that it can help your sale if youre upfront about it all.
Now, if the stock parts came with the car, I can understand your pricing rationale for the upgrades.
Just my $0.02, I hope no offense is taken.

its alright... Just cause i got a sweet deal does not mean everyone can pull it. The sponsor on the site costs $2K+, so that is the figure I used. Does not matter, sale is pending on Ebay.

We shall miss you Kosh!
In your business a comfortable sedan is the way to go. I am in a similar business and a diesel Benz suits me best. Not too flashy but elegantly reserved.

I really dont want to sell it, but my furnace blew up in my house and we need to replace that. At the same time we are doing some much needed updates to the house also so I need the cash. At some point I hope to get in the seat of a MB again, (possibily a CLS) but I will just have to show homes with my 2007 1500 Quad cab chevy for now.
Its very depressing for me to sell it, but it was a toss up between the vette and the MB. I need cash and the MB is paid off, the Vette is not. I am forced to sell the MB.

it is crap. hahahaha
I was in a 2007 accord the other day, and I felt like the Navi was 50 years ahead of MB.

Im actually quite upset about selling it. If my furnace in my house did not go out, I would not have sold it. Talked to my mom(she also has a 06 CDI, and she could tell I was upset too). For those that care, the car sold on ebay today for $39,800 (1 bid at the starting price of $39,800) 20 Watchers and about 1050 visits/hits to the auction.

Hey Dude, I work in HVAC sales...
and a furnace isn't THAT much. I have a 3,000 sq foot house and replaced the first floor unit with a new YORK (yeah baby) 80% furnace for $300 + $700 install.
C'mon and get real with us. Are you still saying the furnace replacement required selling the sweet diesel??!?!? That's ridonculous!

didnt think the need to go into details.... but if you guys must know, I live in a 1913 victorian house with no ac, and radiator heat. I was planning to upgrade to central ac and heat next year when i have some funds saved, but with my furnace going out right before winter I am going to do the project now. 2 units(zone) Cantral ac and heat is going to cost of upwards of $25-30k for install.
Then the question is why sell the mercedes? I just moved into my house in Feb so i dont have much equity in it. So I need the cash from somewhere... Out of my 3 cars, only 1 of them is paid off... Can you guess what one that is?

If it were me, I'd get a second mortgage or a home improvement line of credit loan for the HVAC upgrade, and make the payment with the money I would save by getting rid of the Corvette. Just my opinion, of course. Your opinion may vary.
